Wedding Dress Cake with Embriodery & Bling (1831)
This weekend at the beautiful Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, NJ we delivered this 5 tier wedding cake. Ivory fondant covers all five square tiers and the cake is topped with a crystal monogrammed topper provided by the client. White piped details decorate each tier and crystal bands adorn the base of each tier. We incorporated details of the bride’s wedding dress into the piped details. The base of each tier also includes white and blush pink phalaenopsis orchids.
Flavors included chocolate with peanut butter and oreos and cream buttercream, pink champagne cake with mimosa buttercream, vanilla cake with hazlenut and chocolate buttercream and hot pink velvet cake with lemon cream cheese and raspberry chambord buttercream.

We have a 5 tier wedding cake that has hand painting that matches the bride’s wedding gown. The whole cake is accented with phalaenopsis orchids in blush and white. At the base of each tier are crystal bands.
