A Very Special Birthday Dessert Table (2751)
We worked with Paul Michael Events to create this special dessert for his client’s birthday. His color palette was soft robin’s egg blue pearly ivory, and gold. We created this three tier cake complete with hand-painted anemone flowers, soft ivory ruffles and quilting.
He wanted each guest to enjoy a dessert experience including a custom miniature cake, a gilded almond macaron and a tiny vanilla bean mousse caramelized white chocolate ganache tart.
We incorporated the beautiful script ‘S’ from the invitation onto each tiny cake as well as on some favor cookies.
These tiny cake were very time consuming but we loved the final product!
