Lilly’s First Birthday Cupcake Stand

Our longtime customer asked us to create this 1st birthday cupcake tower for Lilly’s first birthday. The topper was inspired by our jungle themed birthday cupcake topper we created last year.

The topper included an orange gumpaste “1” with a yellow giraffe in a pink bow on the top. Multi-colored stripes cascade down the topper and were coordinated with the color theme for the party. The entire cake was red velvet with vanilla buttercream.

We setup the cupcake tower with 60 cupcakes all red velvet with vanilla buttercream dyed pink to match the party’s theme. The cupcakes were topped with cutout animals including a zebra, elephant, hippo, monkey and giraffe. We also decorated the stand with two additional animals including this pink elephant below and a zebra.
