Floral & Damask Wedding Cake (2028)
This week we worked nonstop to create this 5 tier round wedding cake for a wedding at The Grove in Cedar Grove, NJ. Of all the cakes we’ve done, this cake may have had the largest number of sugar flowers. Flowers included orchids, callas, hydrangea and roses in mostly white with some touches of green.
The entire cake was covered with ivory fondant and thin white bands around each tier. White damask stencil and damask patterns highlight the remaining decorations.
Flavors and fillings included vanilla with cannoli with chips, chocolate with chocolate mousse and red velvet with cream cheese.
