Buttercream Wedding Cupcake Tower (2903)
We worked with the bride Christine to create this rustic cake topper for her wedding reception at Ninety Acres in Peapack/Gladstone NJ a few weeks ago.
The topper, which was created gluten free, includes Italian Meringue on the outside along with a cluster of roses and hydrangea. To create a more “homemade” and rustic look for the topper we decorated the buttercream with natural swirls and strokes. The cupcakes, also gluten free, were placed in ivory and gold filigree liners. Flavors included carrot with vanilla, almond with vanilla Italian meringue and chocolate with hazelnut.
Along with the cupcakes and cake topper we included 40 coordinating French macarons in flavors from raspberry, nutlla, & pistachio.

Thank you for reaching out, and thank you for providing us with such amazing desserts! Everything tasted great and even though only a limited # of our guests had a wheat allergy, EVERYONE was amazed that they were gluten free! The cupcakes were delicious and everything we had hoped for. I would highly recommend anyone to your establishment for a special event. We saved the rest of our topper for our one year anniversary and can’t wait to bring it back out of the freezer!
