Baby Pink Wedding Cake (1982)
This wedding cake is covered in white fondant with baby pink fondant bands at the base of each tier. The top and base of the middle tier includes accents of pink sugar peonies with green hypericum berries.
Flavors and fillings included lemon cake with vanilla custard filling and fresh raspberry halves squared off in raspberry chambord buttercream and chocolate cake with hazelnut buttercream filled with toasted hazelnuts and squared off in moch buttercream. age for cake design.
