4 Tier Wedding Cake (645)
The wedding season is in full swing and here is one of the wedding cakes we created this weekend for a wedding in Rumson, NJ. This 4 tier wedding cake is covered in white fondant with blue cummerbunds wrapped around each circular tier. The alternating square tiers were decorated with a design to match the wedding dress. The cake is red velvet with cream cheese filling and we delivered it to Rumson, NJ.

“I love the sophisticated, elegant look of this cake,” says Anne Heap of Pink Cake Box, in Denville, NJ. “The silver piping mimicked the embroidery on the bride’s gown, and the sugar ‘brooches’ on the dark-blue fondant ‘cummerbunds’ were designed to match her purse. Creating the ruching for the cummerbund detail was fun, as was executing all the hand-piped embroidery.”
Here is another 4 tier wedding cake we created this week. It includes our new signature cake flavor – pink velvet! It’s like red velvet but pink! This wedding cake also includes yellow cake with strawberries & vanilla custard and yellow cake with chocolate custard. Chocolate and dark pink ribbons surround each tier. The client provided the monogrammed topper.
