2nd Birthday Train Cake

We created Baxter’s first birthday monkey cake and we are always honored and thankful when parents come back to us for their son’s or daughter’s next birthday party.

Like his first cake, we incorporated a monkey into this cake too. This time the monkey is the conductor of the toy train that is detailed along the base of the first tier. The top of the tier includes a red number 2 which sits atop train tracks. We used light lime fondant with polka dots in yellow, orange, red and royal blue on the top tier. The bottom tier includes train tracks with stripes in the same coordinated colors.
