White Wedding Flower Cake (2137)
This weekend at the Central Park Boathouse in NYC we delivered our first wedding cake of the spring season! This 3 tier cake is decorated with vanilla buttercream and piped pearls at the base of each tier.
The top of the cake includes a small asymmetrical floral bunch including bright orange ranunculus, bright yellow tulips and hydrangea in mix of white and green. The flowers and colors were coordinated with the brides flower arrangements.
Flowing down the cake were scattered white and green hydrangea along with additional bunches of ranunculus, tulips and hydrangea. Flavors and fillings included vanilla with vanilla buttercream, coconut with raspberry buttercream and chocolate with mocha buttercream.
We were honored that the couple chose to display the wedding cake under their chuppah after the ceremony. As the bride’s mother told us, the chuppah marks a true place of honor and we are thrilled to be part of the couple’s special day!
