Hi--I just wanted to let you know how amazing the Chris
Paul cake was. It was perfect!! My
son was so surprised and thrilled when he saw it. My party
planner almost fainted because he thought you put the wrong
child's name on it when he saw "Paul" on the cake!!! He didn't
realize it was a replica of Chris Paul's basketball jersey!!!
It was spectacular--the folds on the jersey looked real.
In addition, the cake tastes amazing.

by on Saturday to pick up the cake. I wanted to personally

cake you created for our son's baptism. Everyone
raved about how beautiful the cake turned out! And the taste...SO

cakes, but the fondant taste does not always live up to it's
appearance. Yours, however, was wonderful in both aspects!!
The hazelnut filling and the vanilla cake were perfect

Anne, first of all, thank you so much

cake to the party -- I cannot tell you what
a help that was. I'm sorry if you got lost!
Second....I don't even know where to begin. The
cake was absolutely stunning. My sister was knocked
off her feet when she saw it, and if her venue weren't already
including her wedding cake in their services, she would immediately
hire you (don't worry, I'm working on her anyway). ;o)
Guests thought it was fake. A prop. Too
pretty to be real. My aunt almost wouldn't let me
cut it. "Do we HAVE to cut it? Can't we just look at
it?" People thought I was a genius for finding you and
having that cake made, so a double thanks for making me look
like such a hero. I love to look like the hero -- even though
you did all the work. Hee hee.
Finally, the taste. When everyone finally let me cut into
it -- some were convinced it couldn't possibly taste as good
as it looked -- I swear people started to laugh. You know
that laugh you get when something is so perfect you can hardly
stand it? It was just so beautiful,
so well made, and so delicious. My sister was sneaking
forkfuls at two in the morning. It was, truly, the perfect
cap to a glorious day. Thanks so much for being a part of
it.
