Spring Topper Cake (1298)
This is an appropriate cupcake topper for the spring-like weather outside in New Jersey this weekend. We created this last weekend for an after-wedding Sunday brunch at the Mariott in Bridgewater, NJ.
The cake is topped with a mix of spring flowers and butterflies. We covered the topper cake with celadon fondant and piped pearls around the base of the tier. Inside is pistachio cake with chai tea buttercream. Along with the topper we included our XS cupcake stand for rent.
