Cake Ingredients
At Pink Cake Box, we make all of our cakes and cookies to order. That means we’re baking them when you order them – no frozen products here! We only use fresh ingredients, including real butter, milk, flour, sugar and eggs! When we make hazelnut filling, we’re roasting the hazelnuts and grinding them to a smooth paste for a delicious rich flavor.
This means our cakes not only look beautiful, but they also taste delicious - see what our happy clients are saying!
Tastings
How much are tastings, and what do they
entail?
Our tastings are $30, and include a variety of cupcakes
to sample. During
the meeting, we will discuss the design of your cake, so please bring any pictures,
invitations, etc, that may help us come up with something perfect for your event. The
tasting lasts 1 hour and we ask that you arrive on time to ensure that you are
allotted your full hour. If you should need to reschedule, or cancel, we
ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours in advance.
Delivery
We are happy to deliver our cakes and cookies as long as we are available. We generally deliver to the New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Eastern Pennsylvania areas. Please contact us for delivery charges.
We regret that we cannot SHIP cakes, petit fours or cupcakes. We can, however ship cookies.
Flavors
Our cakes are made to order, so if you have a flavor in mind, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it for you! Our basic cake flavors are listed in our specialty cake section.
Ordering Information
We take orders either by phone, email, or through our online form. We’d like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we’ll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 4 to 6 weeks notice on specialty cake orders.
Cake Decorating Courses:

We can make display cakes perfect for bridal events, or outdoor weddings. Please contact us to learn more.
Deposit
Any order that is above $200 requires a 50% deposit when ordering.
Methods of Payment
We accept, cash, checks or Credit Cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard).
Picture Cakes
Pink Cake Box does have the capability of printing your pictures, corporate logos or images onto cakes and cookies. Displaying your corporate logo on one of our creative cake designs is a great way to brand your company. Corporations have also used picture cakes for new brand launches, retirement dinners, and charity events, and company anniversaries. Some examples of our corporate branded cookies are available here. Cookies
We
make custom cookies, perfect for party favors for weddings,
showers, birthday parties and more. Our delicious shortbread
cookies can be cut into many different shapes, hand
decorated with fondant and royal icing, and wrapped
in cellophane and a ribbon. Our cookie favors start
at $4.00/each.
Cookie platters are also available for parties.
Assorted cookies include chocolate chip, peanut
butter, oatmeal raisin, shortbread and more!
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A deposit of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full at time of delivery or pickup. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. Pink Cake Box will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All
requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If
a cancellation is received more than eight weeks
prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned
deposit will be refunded less $100 administrative
fee.
3. If
a cancellation is received less than eight weeks
prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned
deposit is forfeited.
