Before registering for a class please make sure you read and understand our class policies:

• A reservation is not secured until payment is received.
• Once a reservation is reserved with your credit card, there is no cancellation policy. Your credit card cannot be refunded
• Students must be 18 years or older
• In the case of inclement weather, you will be notified by phone and email if a class is canceled. A new class date will be determined at that time. In the event that you cannot attend the rescheduled time you will have 2 business days to cancel your reservation and receive a refund. After 2 business days, refunds will not be made
• If you do not attend a class that has not been canceled you will not be eligible for a refund
• Class costs are not transferrable to other classes or cake, cupcake or cookie orders
• Coupons or gift certificates for cake,cupcake or cookie orders cannot be used for a class
• You agree to assume full responsibility for yourself and agree to indemnify and hold Pink Cake Box harmless from and against all bodily injury, property damage or consequential damages which may result from Pink Cake Box services.
• Pink Cake Box cakes are not produced in a nut free environment. Contents may contain nuts.
• Pink Cake Box reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment minimums are not met. Refunds will be issued in cases were a class is canceled due to enrollment minimums not being met

Q. Where are the classes held?

At our bakery in Denville, NJ at 18 E Main St. Suite 101, Denville, NJ 07960. Parking is available on the side lots next to our bakery.

Q. I would like to do the Topsy Turvy Cake Course, does make sense to do the Cake 101: Fill and Ice a cake course first?

If you feel like you need instruction on filling and squaring off a cake as well as fondanting it would certainly be helpful to take that class. However it’s definitely not a mandatory prerequisite for the Topsy Turvy class.

Q. Do we pay in full or deposit at time of booking?

When you book online, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions to call Pink Cake Box to complete your registration and payment.

Q. What time should I arrive to class?

Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time as we will begin promptly

Q. Are supplies provided?

Yes, we will have supplies on hand but feel free to bring any tools you’d like to practice with

Q. Any clothing requirements?

Please wear closed-toe shoes

Q. If I take the pregnant lady topper class, will I learn how to bake, frost or is it just focused on the topper?

A. The pregnant lady class will focus just on the sculpting of the figure. There is not a cake portion for this class
